Wanted this Sale Season!

My shopping saga is coming to an end. I've set myself a deadline. I'm going to stop looking and stop buying! I know it will be hard, I feel like I need to go to rehab or block my access to the internet. But I need to give me bank card a break. Before I stop shopping completely, I want to share my favourite finds from this sale season, so you can shop till ya drop! Sharing is caring, right?

This sales outfit is just so shiny! I feel like it's a great way to welcome in the New Year. The top was £110 and is now only £35!!!! THIS IS CRAZY. This deal blew my mind. The top is so refreshing, I've never seen anything like it. The pattern is so unique and makes you take a second glance. It's sheer, so I would recommend wearing a white top underneath, if flashing your office is not your agenda.

 



This black skirt is a modern take on a wardrobe staple with added structure. It was £59 and now it's £17.50. What are you waiting for?! Add a pair of classic brogues for a little menswear chic. They were £159 and are now £79. Bargain, bargain, bargain.

Finish the outfit off with a minimal silver bracelet. It's 9 carat white gold plated sterling silver. I tried this on in store and it's so practical. It's slightly elasticated so you can put it on and take it off with ease. No more asking people to help you put on your bracelet in the morning.

Winter Sales 2015 pt. 1

I got back from  a lovely break in Stockholm on Sunday. I had university the next day and I'll be back at work tomorrow! Things are a bit hectic but I find peace in showing what I got:

 

UGG Boots - Kurt Geiger (still available)

 

 

The UGG boots were a surprise. They went on discount during the Black Friday/ Cyber Monday circus - who knew Britain was so American! But I didn't buy them. Then I regretted it. Has that ever happened to you? I didn't want them, then when I couldn't have them, I wanted them. Urgh! But then boxing day cam, I happened to go on the Kurt Geiger website and my babies were on sale! So I bought them. Such a good decision. They keep me so warm. I don't think I could have handled Stockholm without them, there was so much now. It feels like I'm walking on clouds, clouds of the sheep kind that is.

 

 

Cotton Jumper - Monsoon (no longer online, check in-store)

 

 

My cotton saviour! I rarely wear pink to the office so I'm trying to change that. This jumper shows my dedication. Just wear it over a collard shirt and you have smart casual all day long. I'm a sucker from 100% cotton. It just makes life easier. No dry cleaning costs and stains are easier to get rid of.

I feel like this statement necklace is office appropriate. I'll give it a try and see what happens!

Purple on Purple

So much purple, enough to warm up any winter morning. I don't think purple trouser get enough love for office wear. So let it be known, purple trousers for 2015, your colleagues will thank you. 

Coloured tailored trousers go well with boxy tops. The slim fitting trousers are balanced by the loose yet structured top. 

I feel so professional when I wear tailored trousers with a line down the middle of the leg. I'm sure it has a name, maybe I'm not professional enough to know it yet I guess. It tried to iron it on to a pair of trousers. It didn't go to well. In fact, I had to wash the trousers again to get rid of my horrible creation! The lines weren't straight and just looked wrong. Dry cleaners have special powers, honestly. I don't know how they do it!

My daring take on 2015 would be to wear shorts to the office. A girl can dream after all.
